LLP «TAU-KEN»
1. General
Limited Liability Partnership "Tau-Ken" - has the right of subsoil use to carry out the extraction of limestone from the Eastern deposit of the southern section of the Utegen mineral assets on the lands of the Akimat of Shalkar district, on the basis of the Contract No. 71/2000 dated April 21, 2000 for mining, Appendix No. 1 to the Contract , State Registration No. 2/2001 dated February 15, 2001, Patented mining claim for the development of the Eastern Deposit of the Southern section of the Utegen limestone deposit by the surface miming, LLP «Doroga» No. ZK / 006 dated July 29, 1999.
The Utegen limestone deposit is located in the northern part of the M-40-130-А-g international numbering with the geographic coordinates of the center of 48'84 N and 58'48 E. Administratively, the deposit area is part of the Shalkar district of the Aktobe region and is located 273 km south-east of Aktobe.
Utegen deposit is located on the right bank of the Chuul-dak River (Shet-Irgiz) and consists of two feeders, the Northern and the Southern, 2.5 km apart and separated by a valley made by Pliocene-Lower Quaternary deposits.
The southern section of the deposit, located in the Burtebay gulch, is divided into two - the western and eastern flanks.
Valuate sites in the territory of the patented mining claim is absent. Crushed stone factory located 6 km from the quarry. The patented mining claim project was drawn up by LLP «Road», Aktobe – «Tau-Ken» LLP.
The quality of the limestone of the Utegen deposit satisfies all the core requirements of the technical design specification and mainly corresponds to high grades. According to these studies, the quality of limestone raw materials of this deposit is suitable for the production of crushed stone in accordance with State All-Union Standard 23845-79, road bitumen concrete according to State All-Union Standards 9128-76 and 12801-77 high weight and road concrete, satisfying the requirements of State All-Union Standards 10268-80 "High weight Concrete" and 8424-72 " Road Concrete ", as well as the requirements of State All-Union Standard 8267-75 "Crushed stone from natural stone for construction works". In addition, limestones are suitable for the preparation of mineral dust in accordance with State All-Union Standard16557-78, as well as for the production of building lime.
The known significant reserves of high-quality limestone in a highly deficient area, a convenient geographical location and proximity to the railway line fuelled by the appropriateness feasibility of industrial development of the Utegen deposits.
According to the mining exploration and calculation of reserves at the open-pit mine of LLP «Tau-Ken» of the Eastern Deposit of the Southern section of the deposits, as of August 01, 2018, by the Commission of Trans-regional department «ZapKazNedra» approved the reserves for category B + C1 in the amount of 6,045.4 thousand cubic meters or 15,718.04 thousand tons.
In February 2019, a positive decision was received by the Expert Committee of the Akimat of the Aktobe region on subsoil use to extend the contract for a period of 11 years.
The Western Deposit of the Southern section of the Utegen deposit, according to the results of exploration and approved by Protocol No. 239 of the Territorial Commission for Mineral Resources of the West Kazakhstan Production Association «ZapKazGeology» meeting, in 1983, reserves are estimated at 28 million cubic meters in tonnage of 72.8 million tons.
According to the results of exploration and approved by Protocol No. 239 of the Territorial Commission for Mineral Resources of the West Kazakhstan Production Association «ZapKazGeology» meeting in 1983, the northern section of the Utegen deposits has approximately 26 million cubic meters in tonnage of 67.6 million tons.
An application has been submitted for obtaining a license for extracting limestone from the Northern section of the Utegen deposits, and work is underway to prepare the Project for the industrial development of the deposits, the Liquidation Project and coordination with government agencies (Health Inspection Services, Emergency Situation, ecology and public hearings).
2. Crushed stone production technology
The processing of crushed stone is produced by two complexes.
1. Technological complex of enclosed type produces up to 1 million tons per year. A crushed stone plant that has been commissioned since 1986. The complex includes a sledger SMD-118 and 2 symons: KSD - 2200, KMD - 2200. The screening is performed with three screens of GIL 63 at the moment the operation is suspended.
2. Crushing and screening complex of "Turkish" made produces up to 300 thousand tons per year.
– The complex includes a sledger, rotary crusher and two screens. The resulting crushed stone is cubic, it is such crushed stone that is in great demand among construction and road companies. And also the consumed electric power consumption makes - 500 kw per hour.
With the growing need for crushed stone, a new crushing and screening plant with a capacity of up to 450 tons / hour LIMING, PRC made, the equipment was fully received and is located on the industrial site of LLP «Tau-Ken».
The launch of the plant is scheduled for 01.07.2019.
LLP "Tau-Ken" has the ability to produce all fractions in demand of crushed stone -40-70 mm, 20-40 mm, 10-20 mm, 5-20 mm, 5-10 mm, 0-5 mm and mixtures as required 5 -20 mm, 0-40 mm. (C1, C10), in addition, obtained LLP ST 000640001445-01-2018 for the production of a sand-gravel-mixture (6F) d).
All products have Certificates of quality and compliance with National Standard of the Republic of Kazakhstan, International Organization for Standardization, State All-Union Standard and Technical Regulations of the Customs Union -014/2011, which is confirmed by the Test protocols.
For quality control there is own certified laboratory with all necessary equipment and trained staff.
At the present, the plant employs 115 people.
3. Power supply
Electricity for the enterprise is provided from the GLP-35/6 step-down substation, for the extraction of freestone (limestone), and supply is made by reinforced concrete pylons through the JSC «Koktas-Aktobe» 110-35KW (Mugadzhar) and its own power line with a length of 18 km, then to Substation «Alabas» »35 / 10KW, further along the in-plant lines with power supply to the shops through the Transport-Power Module 10 / 0.4 to the quarry with the Transport-Power Module 10/6.
The transportation of rock mass at a distance of 1.5 km (quarry -plant) involved 2 units of new dump trucks (load capacity-25 tons) and an EKG5A excavator.
4. Logistics
Has its own access road with a length of 12 km with access to the station Birshogyr JSC «NK-KTZh», for carrying out loading and shunting there is a diesel locomotive of the TM2U type, a one-time supply to the loading area of 40 railway wagons. To control the products shipped, there are MP 8300A-150 wagon scales with a lifting capacity of 150 tons.
For the transportation of finished products to the loading area (Crushing and screening plant - Railway shop) at a distance of 6 km, are 2 units of Lugong SL-50C typelift truck and 5 units of Shacman and HOVO- dump trucks are used.
